Full handling of requests and bookings as a co-host on major short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) using professional software Superhote.
We manage reservation follow-ups, guest communication, calendar updates, and platform synchronization to avoid double bookings.

Personalized contact from the moment the booking is confirmed to welcome guests and provide all useful information for their stay.

SETUP & SAFETY
Before each arrival:
Careful preparation of the property to ensure optimal guest welcome.
Opening of shutters and airing to create a pleasant atmosphere.
Temperature adjustment (heating or air conditioning) according to the season.
General property check and tidying if necessary.
Restocking essential household items (toilet paper, soap, cleaning products, etc.) at cost.
After each departure:
Securing the property: closing shutters and windows.
Turning off electrical devices and checking water points.
General inspection to ensure no incidents or damage occurred.
Full locking of the property to guarantee safety until the next arrival.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Guest arrivals and departures are fully autonomous, eliminating the need for physical presence. The property can be equipped with a secure keybox or smart lock, according to your preference.
Before arrival : The day before the stay, guests receive all necessary access information, including access codes and detailed property instructions (location of equipment, special guidelines, etc.), ensuring timely arrival without disturbing you.
At departure : On departure day, guests receive instructions for checking out (e.g., where to leave keys or how to lock doors), ensuring a smooth process while respecting your rules.
Property inspection, we conduct a visual check to identify any potential damage or breakages.
This method simplifies arrivals and departures, reduces direct interactions, and maintains a high level of safety and comfort for your guests.
